Use sanitizing wipes to clean any debris in the tear of the sole.

Carefully pull the sole away from the shoe, making sure not to widen the tear or cause excessive deformation.

Apply enough glue in the space so that an even layer is able to form between the shoe and sole when pressed together. Make sure to apply some along the inside seam.

Use rubber bands to secure the sole to the shoe while it dries. This will ensure a firm seal.
