    • Remove the wristband by sliding the metal pins located on both sides of the wrist band, and pulling the wristband off.

    • Use a T5 Torx Screwdriver to remove the 4 (0.4 mm) screws located on the back of the watch.

    • Slide the opening tool in between the two halves of the case and slide along the edge of the watch while gently prying the back cover away from the face of the watch.

    • Use a pair of tweezers to peel the battery ribbon cable off of the back cover.

    • Avoid damaging the gold terminals on the ribbon cable.

    • When reassembling, make sure that the yellow strip snaps back on to the black pin.

    • The pin is located, and marked on the picture.

    • Pull up on the tab that says, “Pull”, the battery will lift straight out.

I’m not sure why the comment was lost in my inbox. To answer the question regard the gold charging pins, the ones visible in step 2 for the first picture, you’d have to slide a pair of tweezers underneath the blue chip the one seen in step 4. this is dangerous as it’s more integrated to the case than the other parts. At that point you’d need to find a replacement pin set. I haven’t personally worked with the watch for sometime as i no longer have it due to the fact it needed to be returned. In other words this is only a best guess from my experience working with the watch. You might need to unhook the gold tab underneath the blue chip to give yourself a little extra room.

If my gear 2. Neo is being inside water and switching on the display is blurry sounds are working but I cannot see a digital screen what should I do to fix it
