Lay the device on its back and remove the four 11 mm PH0 screws holding the speaker to the device. Remove the four 11 mm PH0 from the other speaker as well.

  • Remove the four 11 mm PH0 from the other speaker as well.

  • The screws on the speakers can be extremely tight and might require the use of a screwdriver with a large handle.
