Remove the battery

  • Do not reuse the battery if it has been deformed or damaged, as doing so is a potential safety hazard. Replace it with a new battery.

  • Insert an opening pick into the battery well along one of the long edges of the battery.

  • Pry the battery upward to remove it from the battery well.

  • If the adhesive was successfully removed, the battery should come out very easily.

  • If the battery cannot be easily extracted due to unsuccessful removal of the stretch-release adhesive, apply 90% isopropyl alcohol as directed in the previous step.

  • Once you have allowed one minute for the alcohol to soften the adhesive, use an opening pick to pry up the battery from one of the long edges.

  • Do not bend the battery as you pull it out.

Akku entfernen

Ein ausgebauter Akku darf nicht wiederverwendet werden, das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko.

Setze ein Plektrum in die Vertiefung des Akkus an einer der langen Kanten des Akkus ein.

Heble den Akku nach oben und hebe ihn aus der Vertiefung heraus.

Wenn die Klebestreifen erfolgreich herausgekommen sind, sollte sich der Akku leicht entfernen lassen.

Wenn sich der Akku nicht leicht lösen lässt, weil die Klebestreifen nicht erfolgreich entfernt werden konnten, dann gib noch etwas 90%igen Isopropylalkohol dazu, so wie im vorigen Schritt beschrieben.

Lasse den Alkohol eine Minute lang einwirken, bis der Kleber weich geworden ist. Heble dann den Akku an einer der langen Seitenkanten mit einem Plektrum hoch.

Verbiege den Akku beim Ausbauen nicht.
