Replace the thermal pad

  • During reassembly:

  • If you're reusing your logic board and the thermal pad is damaged, remove the old thermal pad, clean the surface, and apply a new one.

  • If you have a new logic board and it doesn't come with a thermal pad pre-installed, apply the new thermal pad now.

Wärmeleitpad ersetzen

Beim Zusammenbau:

Wenn du die Hauptplatine weiterverwenden willst, das alte Wärmeleitpad aber beschädigt ist, dann entferne das alte Wärmeleitpad ganz, reinige die Klebeflächen und bringe ein neues Wärmeleitpad an.

Wenn du eine neue Hauptplatine einbauen willst, die nicht mit einem neuen Wärmeleitpad versehen ist, dann bringe jetzt ein neues Wärmeleitpad an.
