Connect your laptop to power supply since the update of your phone will take some time. Now choose "repair my phone / tablet". Schließe deinen Laptop an die Stromversorgung an, da die Aktualisierung deines Telefons einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird.

Wähle nun "Mein Telefon / Tablet reparieren". Auf diese Weise kannst du dein Telefon vollständig löschen und Sicherheitskennwörter, PIN usw. entfernen oder die Firmware ändern, wenn auf deinem Telefon ein Betriebssystemfehler vorliegt und das System nicht ordnungsgemäß eingeschaltet werden kann.
