Remove the tweeter from the mount and locate the two wires that connect it to the speaker.

Using the pliers, untwist the wires that are attached to the two small rods at the bottom of the tweeter.

Using the pliers, untwist the wires that are attached to the two small rods at the bottom of the tweeter.
Repeat process for the second tweeter.
Be sure not to excessively bend the bare wires in order to reuse it for the replacement tweeters.
