⚙️ Change Overscan settings with the terminal

Following an upgrade to high sierra a graphic problem may occur when using a second monitor, an overscan or underscan problem, and sometimes the overscan setting, which fixes this problem, is no longer present in the monitor preferences of high sierra.

This tutorial will show you how to modify the overscan settings by directly accessing its preference file, using the “vi” editor (already present on mac) that you run in the terminal.
