Windshield wipers are an important part of the car. When they start squeaking, scraping, or leave smudges on the windshield, it is time to replace them. It is recommended that you change your wipers every 6 months depending on weather conditions. The rubber part especially tends to dry out, crack, and come off of the wiper.
This guide demonstrates how to replace the windshield wiper(s) on your 2009 Acura TL.
Before you begin the repair, turn off your car and put it in park to ensure your safety as you work.

Pull the upper part of the latch up.

Slide the latch down to reveal the J Hook.

Insert the top part of the curve into the small slot.

Slide it down into the slot until it is secure.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
