Park the bicycle on a flat surface, and support it using the kickstand (if available).

Unscrew the bolt on the left side with the 7/16" wrench.

Unscrew the bolt on the right side with the 7/16" wrench. (Not shown on image)

Put on the new replacement pedal on the left side.

Tighten the bolt with 7/16" wrench.

Repeat on the right side. (Not shown on image)
