To remove the outer rubber casing use a 3mm Hex bit to remove the 4 large 12mm Hex screws on both sides, found on the bottom part of the device.

Using the Metal Spudger, carefully pry each side of the rubber casing away from the device.

To remove the hard inner plastic casing, use a Phillips #00 head bit to remove the 16 small 9mm screws surrounding the subwoofer on the top side of the device.
