DeWalt D28110 Pinion Replacement

Einleitung

In this guide you will take apart the pinion "head" of the grinder to gain access to components in the gear case.

  1. DeWalt D28110 Pinion Replacement, Disassembling DeWalt D28110 Gear Case: Schritt 1, Bild 1 von 1

    • Using the T-15 screwdriver, remove the four 22-mm torx screws on the gear case.

    • Unplug the grinder before any disassembly.

    • Pull out the gear case.

    • Using the T-15 screwdriver, remove the four torx screws.

    • Remove the gear case cover from the gear case.

    • Using a 10-mm wrench, remove the hex nut by rotating counter-clockwise.

    • Remove the armature assembly from the gear case.

    • Remove the pinion from the armature assembly.
