DeWalt DW936 Boot Replacement

Was du brauchst

  1. DeWalt DW936 Boot Replacement, Plastic Cover: Schritt 1, Bild 1 von 1
    • Use a T-20 hexhead screw to unscrew 4 hexagonal screws surrounding the base of the black air filter. The screws are on the yellow portion.

  2. DeWalt DW936 Boot Replacement: Schritt 2, Bild 1 von 1
    • Use a T-15 hexhead screw to unscrew 5 hexagonal screws. These screws are located on the opposite side of the saw from previous step.

    • Remove Allen Key.

    • Unscrew the black plastic knob underneath the trigger.

    • Grab hold of the black air filter portion and pull off.

    • This is what the inside of the saw looks like.

    • Use a T-15 hex head screw to unscrew the four screws located around the outside of the motor.

  8. DeWalt DW936 Boot Replacement: Schritt 8, Bild 1 von 1
    • Using an H 4.0 hex head screw, unscrew the bolt located right above the boot that is next to the motor of the saw.

  9. DeWalt DW936 Boot Replacement: Schritt 9, Bild 1 von 1
    • Pull the blade away from the body of the saw causing the blade and boot to detach.

  10. DeWalt DW936 Boot Replacement: Schritt 10, Bild 1 von 1
    • Pull the boot downwards away from the blade to detach it.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
