Dell Optiplex 745 Small Form Factor Audio Components Replacement

Pull the tab and the lid will pop up.

Grab the lid and pull it up and off.

Disconnect the cable attached to the audio panel by gently pulling the head of the cable away from the port.
When creating this guide a cable was absent, in the picture you will find where that cable would be connected.
