Dexter 800W Corded Angle Grinder - 800AG2-125.5 Motor Replacement

Remove the side handle and the protective cover.

Unscrew the 4 screws to open the machine.

Remove the paddle switch for better access.

Remove the two pods.

Relax the blade springs.

Relax the carbons.

Unscrew the four head screws and remove the motor.

Put the new motor back.

Re-grease and replace gear case.

Replace the carbons.

Then reconnect the carbons.

Replace the paddle switch.

Tighten the 4 screws to close.

Replace the outer flange, protective cover and side handle.
