Einleitung
This describes a diagnostic test for Acura technicians investigating ... well, issues with the climate control, or other sensors. Value to the owner/operator = minimal. But it's fun to try out.
Let's have at it.

Insert the key in the ignition.

On the heating/cooling control, press and hold the AUTO and DUAL buttons.

Turn the ignition key to Start (III) to start the vehicle normally. (The key returns to the ON (II) position after starting.)

Sensor values start displaying on the climate control display.

Cycle through the displayed values with the REAR DEFROSTER button. The code for display displays in the left (Driver's temp) segment, alternating the code number and the value.

1. In-car temperature in Celsius.

2. Ambient temperature in Celsius.

3. Solar radiation sensor: Dark=00, flashlight=04, cloudy=10, sunny=65.

4. Engine coolant temperature.

5. Evaporator outlet temp in Celsius.

6. Driver's air mix opening (% of opening).

7. Passenger's air mix opening.

8. Vehicle speed in Km/h.*

9. Vent air out temperature.
