This brief replacement guide will walk you through the process of taking the Eufy RoboVac 11's swivel wheel off. Most of the time, cleaning the part will solve any problems; nevertheless, replacement may be required. There's a chance that the wheel case will gather dirt. The wheel can get trapped if this debris wraps around the axel.

Turn off the RoboVac's power and flip it over onto a soft surface.

Pop out the front rolling wheel using the pry tool. Make sure to have a good grip on to the swivel wheel for it may take a few tries before it comes off.
