If you determine that your vacuum is no longer picking up debris, this guide will help you to replace the washable filters to increase the suction.

Press the grey dust cup release button and gently pull the dust cup towards you.

Lift the latch on the top of the dust cup cover to open. You can now see the foam filter inside the cyclone portion of the dust cup.

Push the white mesh, segment below the filter handle downward so it pops out of the grey filter holder. This will remove the filter.
