PC Companion installiert die neueste Firmware auf deinem Telefon und setzt es auf die Werkseinstellung zurück.
Du kannst diese Technik auch verwenden, wenn dein Gerät nicht ordentlich startet.

Suche und lade die Software Sony PC Companion herunter.

Wähle nun "Mein Telefon / Tablet reparieren". (Repair my phone/tablet) Auf diese Weise kannst du dein Telefon vollständig löschen und Sicherheitskennwörter, PIN usw. entfernen oder die Firmware ändern, wenn auf deinem Telefon ein Betriebssystemfehler vorliegt und das System nicht ordnungsgemäß eingeschaltet werden kann.

my xperia ( LT22i ) is not listed
handset is stuck in a boot up mode / optimising of application - screen and power on/off have no effect - keeps repeating this process and getting hotter?
since the new android marshmellow tried to download - ???
PC Companion does not acknowledge the connection to the handset - requests to wait until restart complete and/or PCC detects handset - neither happen as stuck in loop - cables are all ok

The current version of Xperia Companion (v. 1.5.3.0) had 2 errors on my PC (W7 64 SP1):
1) Setup with .DLL problem: I fixed the problem by installing an update for Windows - Windows KB 2533623 (Windows6.1-KB2533623-x64.msu) -, easily found on the Microsot website. After the update, the Companion was installed normally;
2) Several failures when trying to upgrade or repair my smartphone, such as "unexpected error", "login failure", "download failure", etc .: I corrected the problem by uninstalling the "Sony Mobile Update Engine", by Control panel. This software is installed automatically by the Xperia Companion setup. After uninstalling this software, Xperia Companion will no longer display any errors (and will install the Sony Mobile Update Engine again during the operation of your device, this time not causing the error!).
At least for me everything worked this way and, since I did not see this unusual solution on another site, I decided to post it, in case it would be useful to someone else.
