Use a spudger or your fingernail to push back the release lever on one of the two straps on the underside of the Fitbit.

As you pull back the release lever, shift the strap diagonally.

Remove from the Fitbit strap.

Repeat the process for the other strap.

Now that the old straps are detached from the Fitbit, take the opportunity to clean the watch and strap connection points.

Use a spudger to clean the inside of the strap chamber. Scrape out any residue or grime that may have built up over the past months or years.

Slide the replacement straps into the given slot and the lever will click back into place.
