Einleitung
When replacing the battery, make sure to not flip over the camera too hard because you can damage components inside and outside of the camera. You should replace your batteries because your camera simply needs power!

Flick the switch on the right side of the camera, and bring it downwards, while simultaneously lifting up the cover.

While the switch is held down, lift up the battery compartment cover.

Observe that the signs on the battery compartment will show you how to insert the 4 AA batteries.

There should be positive battery signs near the bottom slot and the third slot from the bottom.

There should be negative battery signs near the top slot and the second slot from the bottom.

My S1000 takes 1 battery not five…
My Fuji S1000 digital camera takes 1 battery, not five. Where can I get a replacement? Nothing on Amazon.
My s1000fd takes 4 batteries... how would i clean it after the batteries leaked in the battery well? is it salvageable?
