    • Unclip the two latches on the bottom of the laptop.

    • Slide the battery straight out while holding the clip open.

    • Carefully use the blue plastic opening tool to remove the outer frame of the screen.

    • Flip the laptop on its back.

    • Detach the bottom section of the screen frame from the laptop by using the black nylon spudger.

    • Separate the frame from the screen.

    • Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver, unscrew the 4 screws around the frame.

    • Remove the touchscreen from the laptop.

    • Be careful not to damage the screen connector located at the bottom of the screen.
