Einleitung
If the prints produced by your HP Deskjet 2624 are faded, use this guide to replace the ink cartridges.
Ink cartridges store a printer’s ink. Low levels of ink cause prints to be lighter than normal.

Unplug all of the cords from the printer and put paper into the input tray.

Lower the output tray and the ink cartridge access door.

Lightly press forward on the cartridge to release it and then pull the cartridge straight out.

On the new cartridge, pull the colored tab to remove the plastic.

Hold the replacement with the nozzles toward the printer and insert it at an upward angle.

Push the cartridge forward until it snaps into place.
