    • Turn the laptop on its back.

    • Use the Phillips #1 screw to remove the five screws on the back cover of the laptop.

    • Remove the back cover to expose the interior.

    • Pull the memory modules apart on both sides and the RAM will come up.

    • Repeat the process on the other.
