Hamilton G5 Expiratory Valve Replacement

For more information on replacing the expiratory valve, please refer to section 10 of the service manual.

Was du brauchst

  1. Hamilton G5 Expiratory Valve Replacement, Rail: Schritt 1, Bild 1 von 1

    • Remove 4 Hex Allen screws (A) from the Rail surrounding the Ventilation Unit.

  2. Hamilton G5 Expiratory Valve Replacement: Schritt 2, Bild 1 von 1

    • Remove the Rail (B).

  3. Hamilton G5 Expiratory Valve Replacement: Schritt 3, Bild 1 von 1

    • The Standoff Brackets (C) remain with the Main Cover.

    Bearbeiten

    • Place aside in a safe location.

    Bearbeiten

  5. Hamilton G5 Expiratory Valve Replacement, Main Cover: Schritt 5, Bild 1 von 1

    • Lift the Main Cover (A) from the Ventilation Unit using the Standoff Brackets (B) attached to the Main Cover.

    • Place aside in a safe location.

    • Disconnect 2 cables from the magnet of the Expiratory Valve.

    • Remove the Expiratory Valve Cover (A) and Silicon Membrane (A) (if not already removed).

    • Remove 3 Hex Allen screws (B) M3x8

    Bearbeiten

  10. Hamilton G5 Expiratory Valve Replacement: Schritt 10, Bild 1 von 1

    • Remove the Expiratory Valve.
