How to Adjust Tektro Aries MD-M300 Mechanical Disc Brakes

Dude, the cable is attached incorrectly. The cable routes up and over the little arm.

I need a replacement t25 bolt and square ribbed nut that is shown in step 4. Any help would be stellar.
