Einleitung
Armhole gapes are loose flaps that make the shirt look weird. They are usually placed underneath the arm. Gapes can come across other parts of the clothing. Repairing armhole gapes is a convenient way to prevent the clothing from looking weird and keeping the nice and fitted shape of the body. It can also help cover more.

Grab your measuring tape.

Measure from the middle of the breast to the under arm part.

Mark the middle of the breast and at the end where the under arm is. (Slide one and two)

Mark how big you want to close the gape. (Depends on how big your armhole gape is) (Slide three)

Mine was about 0.5 inches. (Slide three)

Connect both of the dots from the breast to the two dots you marked near the underarm.

Fold the second line you created and pin them to keep it coming from getting undone. (Slides two and three)

Sew across.

I used a straight sew stitch by hand (you can use a sewing machine and any stitch)
