Have an old sofa still in good condition lying around and might think about buying a new one just because some of the seats may be unleveled. This is where this guide will come in handy and will be a nice and easy solution to fix this. Also saving some you some money not having to buy a new sofa. Also, keep in mind that this solution will take you no less than 30 minutes!

First get one or two partners depending on how big the sofa is to flip the sofa upside down with you.

Take measurements for a piece of wood that spans the break, reaching both the recently unleveled wood and the already sturdy wood in the sofa.

Glue up one side of the piece of wood that was just cut out.

Place that wood firmly on a surface that reaches the wood that was recently unleveled and also in the same line a piece of wood that was already sturdy in the sofa.

Take one screw and screw it into where where it goes through the new piece of wood first, then into the recently levelled piece of wood.
