Remove the cap from your eyeliner pen.

Take a small pair of pliers and gently remove the felt rod from inside the liner.

Once the felt rod has been removed, gently place the rod in a bowl of warm water for no more than 30 seconds.

Take the felt rod out of the water and immediately place it on a paper towel.
