Well, here is a solution for you that will not only provide you with a new eyeliner pen but will also save you money. Before you start, test out your dried eyeliner pen so you can compare the results at the end!

Remove the cap from your eyeliner pen.

Take a small pair of pliers and gently remove the felt rod from inside the liner.

Once the felt rod has been removed, gently place the rod in a bowl of warm water for no more than 30 seconds.

Take the felt rod out of the water and immediately place it on a paper towel.

Gently pat the felt rod dry using a paper towel.
