Einleitung
Use this guide if you wanted to play a game of ping pong with your friends, but you can't seem to buffer out the dent in your ping pong ball, which prevents it from bouncing steadily while playing. The repair process can be replicated with easily available materials and resources, and most importantly, does not necessarily require all the tools that we specifically chose.
Regardless of your method in being able to provide the hot water needed to repair the ping pong ball, please take caution in not burning your hands while heating up the water and pouring it into an open container. This simple repair guide is for those who would want to play some ping pong, but don't have enough money to purchase new ping pong balls, after accidentally creating a dent in theirs.

Pour water into an electric kettle.

When the kettle has at least over half of its capacity full, close the kettle's lid.

Plug in the electric kettle.

Flip the switch on the kettle to turn it on, indicated by the light coming from the heating pad.

Wait approximately 2-3 minutes for the water to fully boil, before the kettle turns itself off.

Pour the hot water from the kettle into a clear container until the water level is high enough to submerge a dented ping pong ball.

Set the kettle aside, and unplug the heating pad.

Submerge the dented ping pong ball into the hot water with the spoon.

Ensure that the dented side is always facing down to allow the hot water to buffer out the dent.

Continue keeping the ping pong ball in the hot water with the spoon for several more minutes.

Inspect all angles of the ping pong ball to make sure there are no longer any visible dents.

If there are no longer any dents, scoop the ping pong ball out of the water using the spoon.

Use the spoon to place the ping pong ball onto either a towel, napkin, or paper towel.

Dry off the ping pong ball, and let cool.

Test and see if the ping pong ball can bounce better after regaining its spherical shape.

The repair process is relatively simple to replicate, easy to follow, and above all, has a wide variety of options and alternatives if the required materials for fixing the ping pong ball are not available for use.
