How to Restore Scratches and Discoloration on a Leather Bag

Hold the leather dye up to the bag to identify the best color match.

Mix the appropriate ratios of leather dyes in a small dish.

Check the dye's color match by holding your mixing utensil up to the bag.

Adjust the ratio of dye as needed.

Apply the color matched dye with a brush.

Let the dye fully dry.

(Optional) Use a hairdryer to speed up the process.

Apply a small amount of leather conditioner to a cleaning cloth.

Apply to the leather in a circular, rubbing motion.

Use a cotton swab for more detailed application of the leather conditioner.

Inspect the restored bag.
