The instructions say nothing of the pulley belt and wheel.

I'm looking to work on a 110. 81080100

and

I have read that transmission fluid leaks out when the washer is on its side.

Is there a way to temporarily plug it?

Drain Pump runs—No water comes out.

Solution:While pump is running I take a rubber hose narrow enough to fit into part of the kitchen tap connector where the water drains from (You all know this but they're making someone who's never actually noticed...there are two chambers in the tap connector. One is to get water from the button while the machine is running. The other is for the drain water).

I wrapped my hand around the rubber hose and hold it tight against the tap connector to make it airtight. I then blow air into the small hose until I can hear it bubble into the washer..Reminder do this while the pump is running. Get your face away from the hose the moment you hear the bubbles. The water comes suddenly and with full force

I bought my Kenmore portable new from Sears for $600 in the year 2000. It owes me nothing and has never had a problem This drain problem started a couple of years ago after I'd had a cat that shed like crazy for a year. He's gone and problem remains intermittently.
