Flip the phone over and remove the back cover with the plastic opening tool.

Remove the 8 screws with the JIS #0 screwdriver bit.

Using the plastic opening tool, pry up the battery.

Remove the battery's cable with a pair of tweezers.

Remove the 2 screws that are holding each of the speakers in place.

Use the metal spudger to wedge underneath the adhesive to remove the speakers.

Desolder the connecting wires to remove, then resolder when connecting new speakers.
