Einleitung
Mithilfe dieser Anleitung kannst du das Motherboard deines LG V20 austauschen.
Was du brauchst

Setze das flache Ende eines Spudgers in die kleine Vertiefung am unteren Ende des Akkus.

Heble den Akku mit dem Spudger hoch und entferne ihn.

Entferne die sechzehn 4 mm Kreuzschlitzschrauben #00, mit denen die Rückabdeckung am Motherboard befestigt ist.

Drücke mit dem flachen Ende eines Spudgers gegen eine der Ecken des Rahmenteils bis eine kleine Lücke entsteht.

Drehe das Smartphone um und setze ein Plektrum in diesen Spalt.

Schiebe das Plektrum an dem Spalt entlang bis sich das Rahmenteil aus seinen Plastikklammern löst.
People on Reddit are reporting that the V20's antennas are contained in this top piece, and removing it too forcefully can damage the 2G antenna's contacts, resulting in a loss of ability to make calls. Details and a suggested fix if this happens to you:

Der Lautsprecher ist an der Abdeckung des Motherboards befestigt. Heble ihn mit einem Plektrum hoch.

In English: it is easier work your way around the inside of the battery compartment rather than around the outside. Also, the clip below the power button (i.e., top of the battery compartment) will release the whole top edge.

Schiebe ein Plektrum am Mittelrahmen entlang und verdrehe es seitwärts, um die Plastikklammern zu lösen, mit denen die Abdeckung des Motherboards befestigt ist.

Trenne das Flachbandkabel der Frontkamera mit dem flachen Ende eines Spudgers ab.

Entferne die Frontkamera vorsichtig mithilfe einer Pinzette. Achte darauf, das Gehäuse der Kamera zu fassen, da obendrauf der Sensor sitzt und nur festgeklebt ist (wenn du ihn abziehst, machst du den Sensor kaputt).

Trenne das Flachbandkabel der linken Rückkamera mit dem flachen Ende eines Spudgers.

Die zweite Rückkamera kommt mit dem Motherboard heraus, da sie auf der anderen Seite verbunden ist.

Wenn du beim Ausbau des Motherboards vorsichtig bist, kannst die Frontkamera an Ort und Stelle lassen. Wenn du dich aber unsicher fühlst, entferne sie vorsichtig mithilfe einer Pinzette.

Hebe das gesamte Motherboard mit der Spudgerspitze an, bis du es gut fassen kannst.

Hebe das gesamte Motherboard vorsichtig hoch und entferne es.

Drehe die Motherboard-Baugruppe um und löse vorsichtig das Flachbandkabel der Rückkamera mit dem flachen Ende eines Spudgers.

Entferne die Rückkamera mit einer Pinzette.

Um dein Gerät wieder zusammenzubauen, folge den Schritten dieser Anleitung in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Do you know where the internal memory chip is located?
Is it possible to get schematics for lg v20 motherboard?

Anyone knows what antenna are located in the lower bumper? Coz one metal contact, which sits right beside the earphone port, has accidentally come off the mainboard. And this contact should connect with another metal clip inside the lower bumper. It must function as some kind of antenna. But what exactly? So far I haven’t noticed anything obviously wrong with the reception after the damage, but still upset about this.
Thanks. I used this guide to help me replace the thermal paste TIM on my LG V20 H990DS… It did make the phone more stable, but didn’t fix image ghosting… Oh well. Thanks again!
is there not away to just clean the motherboard if its intact see my problem and many others is that with or without there email credentials the device wont let the user back in as its a privacy protection for after the reset . my story . i got stuck in a boot loop and called lg to have my device reset then they do &&^& all about the fact i cant get back into the device thanks to the FRP lock and it said i changed my password and have to wait 24hours mind u my password hasn’t changed since 2015 XD
