    • Use the plastic opening tool to lift up and remove the casing.

    • Use a spudger to gently bend down the locking tabs on the RAM casing.

    • Use a spudger to gently lift the RAM casing, then lift it up and off.

    • Gently take hold of the RAM card and lift slightly.

    • Pull the RAM card directly out of its port.
