    • Lift up the latch

    • Remove the Side panel

    • The hard drives and optical drives are locked in place when the latch is down!

    • Pull out halfway

    • Disconnect the cable(s)

After adding the drive, the computer does not recognize it. If I swap the cables, the other drive is recognized. Is there a software configuration that I need to make?
