Remove the metal plate with the serial and model number on it by pulling it straight up around the two hooks.

where can I purchase the replacement part

Guide is not for replacing clasp, it just is for removing it... It has no use to remove the clasp while it is still properly attached.
The real question is on how to replace it when it is broken (like ripped off like mine did).
I am a broken the strap where it holds the small piece of metal. I need a new belt spare? thanks and regards
