Hier wird gezeigt, wie du das Smartphone öffnen und ein zerbrochenes Display oder den Touchscreen austauschen kannst.

Achtung: es gibt verschiedene Versionen von Touchscreens:

• CT2S1973FPC-A1-E

• CT2C1607FPC-A1-E

Die Version ist auf das Flexkabel aufgedruckt.

    • Schalte das Smartphone aus.

    • Entferne den Akku und jegliche SIM- oder Speicherkarten.

    • Entferne neun Torx T4 Schrauben.

    • Trenne die Rückabdeckung mit einem Plastiköffnungswerkzeug vom Mittelrahmen.

    • Löse folgende Kabel:

    • Flexkabel zum Touchscreen

    • Flexkabel zum LCD

    • Flexkabel zum Ladeanschluss. Dazu musst du den Schaumstoff und das Klebeband entfernen, die schwarze Sicherungsklappe öffnen und dann das Kabel herausziehen.

    • Koaxialkabel zur Antenne. Lasse dir dabei Zeit. Achte darauf, nur am Metallstecker ziehst und nicht am Kabel, du riskierst sonst, dass sich der Stecker vom Kabel löst.

    • Entferne die beiden Torx T4 Schrauben.

    Take care when removing the coax connector. Mine was very tight and I managed to disconnect the coax cable from the connector. Phone is now in the bin :-(

    Also, when removing the charging dock board flex cable, the connector has a black lock arm. Remove the foam pad and tape to reveal the lock. Gently ease the lock arm up then ease the flex out.

    With the camera/logic board removed then don’t forget to remove the other end of the charging dock board flex cable from the charging board. When reassembling I found it awkward to hold the protective black guard over the flex out of the way when sliding the end of the ribbon into the replaced charging dock board: combination of tweezers and fingernail required.

    • Entferne das Gummiteil am Displayflexkabel.

    • Beklebe die Glasscheibe mit durchsichtigem Klebeband, damit es nicht splittern kann.

    • Erwärme das Glas mit einem Haartrockner oder einem Heißluftgebläse, um den Kleber aufzuweichen.

    • Benutze ein scharfes Werkzeug, wie z.B einen Cutter, und beginne unten mit dem Trennen. Wenn der Spalt groß genug ist, dann fahre mit einem Kunststoffwerkzeug fort.

    • Arbeite langsam und überlaste nicht den Rahmen mit dem Display.

    • Erwärme das Glas, wenn nötig, erneut mit einem Haartrockner.

    • Reinige den Rahmen von alten Klebstoffresten.

    • Bringe 2 mm Klebeband am Touchscreen an.

    • Der Austausch wird einfacher, wenn du das Displayglas schon mit Klebestreifen bestellst.

    No it doesn’t

    I did this successfully but as I pressed the glass down on the edges , it cracked. I believe its because I hadn’t cleaned up the glue from the previous screen and so the surface was uneven.

    So, clean up the adhesive well and CAREFULLY press down on the glass. Its brittle.
