This guide will walk you through the process of replacing a dead or dying battery in a Motorola Moto G4 Plus phone.

Hold your Motorola G4 Plus face down. Pry off the rear cover using a spudger or your fingers.

Remove the small silicon cover to the left of the camera using tweezers.

Using the spudger tool, lift up the cable found underneath the silicon cover.

Remove the back panel assembly.

Using tweezers, remove the yellow stickers and black film connecting the battery to the motherboard.

Using tweezers, disconnect the red and black battery cable from the motherboard.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
