Insert the plastic opening tool into the seam between the screen and the back of the tablet. Move the opening tool along the seam until the back of the tablet releases.

Remove the positive and negative wires connecting the speaker to the motherboard with the soldering gun. Follow these instructions if you do not already know how to desolder.
