Einleitung
The battery should be removed from the camera before attempting to disassemble any part of the device. Therefore, this guide should be followed before starting any other disassembly or replacement guides.

Open the compartment door by sliding the release switch toward the tripod mount and pulling the door outwards.

Press the yellow tab downwards to release the battery, and then hold the camera upright to allow the battery to slip out.
