If your phone case has any cracks from wear and tear or is completely broken into an unusable condition, use this guide to repair it. Bonding agents, like epoxy, are strong enough to restore the structural integrity of protective phone cases. Rather than throwing it away and contributing to plastic waste, fixing phone cases can help keep landfills clean of toxic microplastics. Aside from providing a more economic solution, this repair guide also allows for the repair and reuse of damaged phone cases that would otherwise be discarded into the environment.

Clean the cracked area of your phone case with a microfiber towel.

Inject JB Weld epoxy into the provided mixing tray or a container of choice.

Use a disposable stick to mix the two elements into a homogeneous solution.

Use tape to hold the cracked or broken pieces firmly in place, ensuring the edges stay aligned maximizing contact.

Grab a small stick or any disposable tool.

Generously apply the mixed epoxy along the crack. Make sure to get some epoxy on the internal broken edges.

Remove the tape holding the phone case together after the epoxy has cured for long enough for the bonded pieces to stay together.

Wait for 30 minutes for epoxy to cure fully before sanding.

Sand the bonded section until smooth.

Repeat on the inner side of phone case.
