    • Open the flash assembly by holding the sides of the top piece of the camera and pushing up gently until it snaps into place.

    • If your camera is old or dirty, it may take more force to open the flash assembly.

    • Locate the exposure setting switch under the main lens on the face of the camera.

    • Slide light switch towards the black arrow on the left to decrease exposure.

    • Slide light switch towards the white arrow on the right to increase exposure.
