First get a heat gun or a hairdryer.

Heat up each side for about two minutes.

Once the adhesive has melted, stick in a pry tool and try to remove as much adhesive as possible, then use a suction cup to pry up on the back glass.
Carefully apply the new adhesive onto the phone.

Carefully place the new back glass onto the newly installed adhesive.
Let it dry before peeling off the protective seal.
