Falls dein Gerät nicht mehr reagiert oder du dein Passwort , Sicherheits-Pin oder das Entsperrmuster vergessen hast, kannst du es auf die Werkseinstellung zurücksetzen.
Dieser Vorgang wird alle persönlichen Daten auf dem Gerät löschen!

Schalte das Gerät komplett aus.

Drücke und halte die Lauter-Taste, Home-Taste und Power-Taste.

Wenn das Logo "GALAXY Note 3" erscheint, kannst du die Power-Taste loslassen, die Lauter-Taste und die Home-Taste müssen weiter gedrückt werden.

Wenn das Android Wiederherstellungsmenü erscheint, kannst du die Lauter-Taste und die Home-Taste loslassen.

Benutze die Lauter/Leiser-Taste, um durch das Menü zu navigieren und die Power-Taste, um "Daten löschen / Auf Werkseinstellung zurücksetzen" auszuwählen.

Wähle im nächsten Menü "Ja -- lösche alle persönlichen Daten" und "starte das System jetzt neu".

Um das Gerät wieder zusammenzusetzen, folge der Anleitung in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Uh power it off then wait than turn it back on, it clears stuff up. Also clearing the cache does it to. Restart is kinda bad to do oof.

This does NOT work on all devices. I have done this on a Sam Gal Note 3. Removed memory and SIM, then after this “reset” the phone number and username (=email address) are STILL in system settings!! People all over the net are claiming this erases all user data. It does not.

After reboot got stuck on Eula & diagnostic data->software update->tap &go->and back again to EULA & diagnostic data
