There are a number of screws that aren't pointed out in the video - 3 in the motherboard bracket, one in the motherboard itself, 4 in the loudspeaker.
Also, it turns out not all XA1 models are identical : mine had two signal cables rather than the one shown in the video.
Aside from those details, the instructions were good. Good enough for me to perform them without experience in this sort of thing!
