    • Flip over the laptop to access the back panel.

    • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to unscrew the eight screws.

    • Use an opening tool to remove the back panel from the laptop.

    • Carefully unplug the connecting wires from the battery.

    • Lift the battery out of the back of the laptop with your hand.
