Remove fuse carefully by gently prying out the ends of the fuse from the receptacle again using the driver with the 2mm flathead.

Install replacement fuse by first placing the end of the fuse into the fuse receptacle which is opposite of the blades of the plug, then carefully push in the other end. (Only push against the metal end of the fuse, not the glass center portion)

Close the fuse access cover by sliding the cover back into the plug until it is completely closed, latches and is flush with the face of the plug. (Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device that should not be removed.)

It’s still not working for me - I’ve cleaned the whole fan, put it back together and changed the fuse. Any tips? Thank you.
Did you ever get an answer? I'm having the same problem
Probably a damaged circuit board capacitor, search out a micro-electronic repair shop. Or, authorized dealer. Often you can find a repair that understands multiple board systems and can easily test and repair your fan. An example, Apple technologies.
