    • Schalte das Tablet aus.

    • Drücke und halte "Home" und "Volume Up" sowie den "Power Button" gleichzeitig gedrückt.

    • Sobald das Galaxy Logo erscheint, lasse nur den Powerbutton los.

    • Im Recoverymenü nutzt du die Lautstärketasten sowie den Powerbutton zur Auswahl. Wähle nacheinander Folgendes aus:

    • wipe data/factory reset (Daten löschen/auf Werkseinstellung zurücksetzen)

    • Yes -- delete all user data (Ja- alle Nutzerdaten löschen)

    • Das Tablet startet nun neu - dies dauert eine Weile

    • Geschafft!

    May be the idea is excellent, but in my case there is no way to switch off the device, the screen is black and after twice pressure on home button I hear the voice of Google girl, saying that she could not help me as far as my device has no internet connection. I tried to switch it off disconnecting the battery, but Android returned again to the same level (no restart) and I could not make hard reset.

My tablet was factory reset by me. It came on after this with everything in (I think) Hong Kong Chinese. I need to know how to restore my Tablet to English. None of the above achieved this for me.

I have a galaxy s 10.5 with qn unresponsive touchscreen I heard I might need to get out of power save mode but I'm stuck near the end of the setup wizard where it says my current account is activecand gives me the option to add a account on several different apps and the option to skip…which I want but my keyboard will not allow me to highlight any of the options on that screen accept back??? Any ideas would he great maybe I'm missing a button combo on the keyboard I don't know.
