	[* black] Close the lid of the laptop and flip it over so that the battery faces away from you.
	[* black] Use an iFixit Opening Tool to fit inside the tab exactly opposite the battery pack, and leverage it to unclip the tabs attaching the back plate to the rest of the laptop.
	[* black] Feel free to use a second Opening Tool or a spudger to run along the edge of the plate to assist with undoing the other clips, but this is likely unnecessary since it should come off quite easily.
-	[* black] ~~After the clips are undone, remove~~ the plate from the laptop~~, revealing the slots for hard drives and RAM as well as the some of the cooling system and CD drive.~~
